Shredvotion 12-31-15

Happy Thursday shredders! It's the last day of 2015! You made it. Before I share the last shredvotion of the year I have to take a minute to say THANK YOU for all the support, kind words, constructive criticism and all of you that have taken time out of your day to read these. I can not thank you enough. I truly mean it when I say you are beautiful powerful creatures. The shred nation is growing and it's all because of you the supporters. So that being said let's get into it. What does the end of the year mean to a shredder? To me it's several things. First, and maybe the most obvious, it's a day for reflection. So take a moment this morning and look at all the things you've done so far. Relish in the moments where you were proud of yourself. All of those times where the mountain seemed insurmountable and yet you kept going. That was your will power that pulled you through. So be proud. But also, and maybe the more difficult of the reflection time, look back at the things you didn't finish. Those tasks that made you wax and wane. Face them. Bask in them and make a plan for how you are going to tackle them in the days to come. Don't let those mistakes deter you. Instead let them motivate you to being the real beast that I know you are. Now, after your moment of reflection remember that today is not only about the trappings of life but about celebration! You are alive. You have friends. You have the shred. You are blessed to be in front of a computer or phone reading this shredvotion right now. There are plenty of shredders out there who will not get that today. They will be fighting their own wars of hunger, poverty, adversity, and a plethora of other challenges we could never imagine. So tonight as you pop your champagne and commune with your friends and family I bid you to remember those shredders. Raise a glass for the less fortunate soul that is still out their making the best of their situation. It really has been a beautiful year. There hasn't been a better time in history to be alive. No matter how crazy the world gets. I hope that you have a beautiful day shredders. I hope that its full of food, friends, and smiles. Be safe tonight. And never forget
Have Peace, Be Love, and Shred EVERYTHING
