Happy Monday family! I hope your weekend was relaxing. Start this week of right. Set some goals. When you're getting ready this morning make a list of things you would like to accomplish this week. Be thorough. Add everything that could use some work. From the little things like putting away laundry to the more time intensive like becoming more flexible. Create a solid list. Have enough items on that list that you have something to go after each day all week. Exercise humility. Know that even your biggest talents have room for improvement. Task yourself with crossing off at least one item on that list each day this week. Commit to working on everything before Friday. Make sure that you mix up the hard and the simple so that nothing becomes too daunting. Don't let complacency slip in. Find importance in your goals. They matter. Don't brush them off. Put yourself in a shredding mind set. You are the only one that is going to make steps for your own self improvement so start today. Not tomorrow, not after dinner, not next week, but today. There's no time like the present.
